K-TOUGH Hull Architecture

Born for removing the toughest world-class problems of today

and unlocking capabilities of tomorrow

Our K-TOUGH Hull architecture is innovated to offer systematically while also fundamentally different scientific working logic over the conventional huge-flaw-carrying hard-chined deep-V hull architecture that more than 99.9% of today's designers and shipyards are employing for developing their boat solutions.

It is created to empower any K-TOUGH Hull based boat to be developed from the very DNA to obtain the capabilities to self stabilize its riding behaviors in rough open seas, self clear up impacts brought by oncoming waves, self dampen landings on high swells, self deflect bow wakes to reduce bow wetness and self recycle energy carried by bow wakes to softly lift the boat, self generate and re-allocate additional lifting forces to stabilize and evenly lift the boat besides capabilities to effortlessly cut, penetrate and track through choppy seas and capabilities to self protect all dangerous hull structural areas to allow the boat to be able to continue navigating and mission handling even in the even of damage to the keel along the whole hull length from emergency grounding or damage to the portside hull, starboard hull, the bow or the stern from collision by illegal boats through the approach of securing damaged floating quality and damaged waterline level to be nearly the same to the condition of the boat while not damaged. Due to such unqiue while also practical scientific working logic, the scientific roots of the many world-class safety-threatening problems induced by the problems in riding behaviors with poor damaged survivability 100% found in every of our competing boats have been made to be fundamentally removed.

With no bias and solidlly based on facts validated by the possibly toughest real-life military/paramilitaryy/professional operating conditions of the world via our delivered K-TOUGH Hull based boats and boats designed/delivered by any of today's other companies, there are only two worlds of capabilities with today's high performance sea-going boats throughout the global marketthe world created by our K-TOUGH Hull architecture that is full of peace, control, safety, stability, agility, comfort, dryness, visibility and damaged survivability and the world created by the hard-chined deep-V hull architecture that is full of abrupt, violent and horrible riding motions/behaviors with unaccepted pitching, rolling, heaving, rocking, jumping, flying out besides sharp heeling, terrible side skidding and transom spinning.

The unique scientific working logic of our K-TOUGH Hull architecture can be visually observed from the following illustrated 3D modeling and physical boats:

The industry-disrupting capabilities from physical boat tests:

Please find below examples of the industry-disrupting capabilities achieved from physical boat test through comparison with a conventional hard-chined V hull based boat of equal parameters in hull length, hull beam, displacement and powertrain but only 15 deg. of dearise angle for the hull bottom at the Lcg (Red line is for performing quality of conventional hard-chined V hull based boat while blue line is for K-TOUGH Hull based boat; curves have been made to be dimensionless thus applicable for all boat cases of same characteristics in condition as explained above except for waterjet driven boat which involves some other way of adjustments due to demand for water intaking):

We are not talking big. We are only talking science and talking facts from real life.

Here are just some field photos that can tell how fundamentally different the sea handling quality of our K-TOUGH Hull based boats can do to create (Our international coast guard boat users describe our boats as those that have defied logic in small boat capabilities which are never found with any boat from any other company even when the boat to be put for comparison is far larger in size and far more expensively equipped already with stabilizing fins, gyro stabilizer, etc):
